How to get a completely flat stomach easily?

How can I get rid of pimples and get a flat stomach in a couple of weeks?

  • My soccer team is going to Calgary for city finals. We're staying at a 4 star hotel with Swimming pools and hot tubs and water parks. My team has never seen me without my makeup and I never want them to see my pimples. How can I get rid of my pimples and the red spots that are there after? Also, I Have a not-flat-stomach and I don't want them to see me in my swimsuit if I have this ugly un flat stomach. How can I get a flat stomach? I have about 3 weeks to do these two things. Any Ideas?

    one thing to get a flat stomach is to exercise about 3 times a day, and after eating anything never lay down and don't sit down for a long time after eating, try to move around. one thing to get rid of pimples is to ask your doctor for a some cream, that will help. never touch your face and if sweating don't wipe sweat with hands, use sweater if needed, or order proactive.

First off, stop worrying about your looks. You're not the only person in the word with pimples and a stomach that's not flat.A majority of the other girls most likely have acne as well, and you can't guarantee they will have a flat stomach. Be confident in the way you look, you are probably very beautiful. But if you are really insecure about it (not trying to sound mean, sorry) do crunches daily. And also you can wash your face daily, maybe get some Neutragina (I don't know how to spell it) at Wal Mart? Just remember you want you self esteem and self confidence levels to be high, then you won't worry about the little things. It's what's on the inside that counts anyway. =]

For the pimples try heating a wash cloth till it is burning hot and laying it on face where affected. It takes awhile but it helps. Should work quick enough. Also wash your face with Dove bar soap once or twice a day, more than that can cause more pimples. For the stomach: try doing crunches (100-300) a day! the more the better.

lots of crunches try to clean your face every day twice. morning and evening. twice a week a peeling cream. it takes a lot of time if you do it properly. bout 15min in the morning and an other 15minutes in the evening. first you remove your make up, then you clean your face. try toothpaste on the pimples, that dryes them out and then use a cream for a clean face. so not to grasy. good luck

Well first stop wearing make up for a little while. Also use clean and clear every day, twice a day. Cut back on food! Cutting back on food helps alot! Drink alot of water! That helps the weight problem and the pimple problem! If you want to try you can pop them but that might take a little while depending on your skin type! Excercise every morning and every night. You dont have to over due them just what you are comfy with! If u feel bloated just walk it off! Practice soccer everyday if dont! Hope I helped!

youre quiet a fit person seeing as you play football. for both your skin and stoamche i suggest de toxic fying our diet. which means get rid of all the junk and keep the healthy stuff. also try not to wear make up for a while, or just drink lots of water (this wil also help your skin inj the mornings drink warm water with either a slice of ginger, lemon or ime i it. this will help ypour skin and well being. for your stomache i would sugget lots and lots of sit ups/crunches why are you so bothered about your appearence? i bet you most of the other girls dont have a totally flat stomache! have a nice time by the way!
