How can I get an even glowing skin tone?

I am clearing up my acne but my skin still looks dull. I heard drinking lots of water but I mean is that seriously going to make my skin tone completely even and glowing? Ive tried ultraglow...didnt like it much. So what should I do? Im kinda desperate. Thanks lol:)

Neurtogena products and if your skin looks dull look for products that complement fair skin okay honey you pro bally have really pretty fair skin and you don't even know or buy some Good neutrogena bronzer bye.
