What is the BEST way to get rid of my under eye bags?

Bro, please! Try applying ice or cucumber on top of your eyes. The cooling should help reduce the bags.

Freeze overnight. Then leave 2 out to thaw for about 20 min. Put those on your eyes for 10 min. Hope this helps!
