How Do I Get Rid of A Bug Bite?

  • I have a bug bite, near the corner of my lip, its not a cold sore, but just a bump. It doesn't itch, I get these bumps a lot on my face, I think from tiny gnats or other small bugs flying around and when they touch me, my body reacts by producing a fairly large round bump, no itch, it's not red, no puss, just elevated skin and its soft. Any ideas of what it is and how to make it go away? Thanks.

    Clamine lotion helps and ease itches. However, it depends. Have you got pets? It may be flea bites. You could try a anti-histamine based product like clarityn or piratin, helps against alergic reactions.

if bugs are your problem try bug spray to prevent any new ones. Put lotion on your bumps to soothe it down and maybe decrease it. Get medicine from a doctor.

first of all knats can't bite!!!! and you should put any kind of lotion or cream it helps if you put cream on it every morning and every night I get those sometimes too!!! they go away when I do that I'm gald I could help!!!!

Just put some blistex in it (the plain/regular one) 2 to 3 times a day for 1 week :)
