Sunscreen recommendation?

I need a recommendation for good quality, fairly inexpensive face lotion for daytime use no sunscreen in it?

  i like evian regular moisturizer, it's actually only about $10 for a bottle that last around half a year for me... it's got a pump which is convenient too. a really nice higher end one is clinique dramatically different, runs about $25 but so lovely! a less nice, but better priced one i don't mind is pretty much anything by clean and clear, it'll run you about $6.
