Skin irritation after waxing?
-
about a month ago i waxed the hair on my buttcheeks. there wasn't much hair. anyway, for a week or two my skin was fine, but something like two weeks later my skin broke out in irritation. it's slowly going away but a month after the actual waxing and there's still unsightly skin irritation. how do i speed up its recovery? whenever i take a shower it temporarily gets worse!

Answer:
Ouch waxing is never ever fun :( i would put some baby powder over where its irritating, If it seems to be getting worse, call your dermatologist and schedule an appointment to check if its normal. it may not be you. If you got it done it could be that they didn't sterilize there tools before working on you. If you ever want to try waxing again i would suggest you try this kit. Its called the bare ease prep kit ( $25; bareease.com) It comes with some special numbing Cream and its made for bikini but i use it for everywhere. I hope I could help and hope it goes away!
