How do I make a Vitamin C standard solution?

Skin redness solution. Home remedies?

  • I have red blotchy skin. Besides when I wear make up. I was thinking of using a mint julip mask, then a sugar scrub. At night I would add Vitamin E oil. Is there a better solution for skin redness?

Here is a solution for acne: *******************FOR FACE AND BODY**************** First do this in the shower. Make sure you do everything first while showering, then at the end shave. This will give your legs more time for the pores to open. DO NOT USE FLOWERS. You know those plastic things that look like flowers that people use to scrub their skin. Wash cloths and flowers, in time, will save all that dirt and oil, so don't use them. Also when drying off, you don’t need to rub yourself dry, lightly pat yourself dry. Also don’t dry your face with your body towel. Either let it dry on its own our buy a face cloth like this: http://www.overstock.com/Bedding-Bath/Luxurious-Egyptian-Cotton-Face-Cloth-Towels-Set-of-10/3450471/product.html and lightly pat your face dry (since these towels are brand new, you don’t need to wash them. Washing them will fill them with laundry detergent/dirty clothes. If you are having bumps on your body I suggest getting a couple new towels (note: if you want to wash the towels do it in the sink and with very little detergent ( sometimes people breakout from laundry detergent so find one that’s good for you) and then dry in dryer to get all the fuzz off them. Also: you don’t need to wash your towels all the time, you use them after cleansing, so they should stay clean. The best thing to do is wash with your hands. It's very important to exfoliate. The best thing you can do is buy Oil- Free Acne Stress Control. Power-Cream Body Wash. Don't let the word cream scare you, because it's the strongest acne wash I've ever used, it's green, has very tiny white sand particles, and is more like a gel texture than a cream. This is very powerfull stuff so if you find it to drying, buy the Oil Free acne wash pink grapefruit scrub value size, the one with the small white sand in it, not the Body Clear Body wash pink grapefruit (Which is the large size like the other body washes), because this only has the small gel like beads, and those will not exfoliate. Do not buy the brown/tanish color of body scrub of neutrogenas . Theirs something wrong with that soap even though it does have (Dark) sand in it, do not buy the brown. Do not buy any other sand exfoliaters either because they could be too abrasive (these are good, but only for your feet). You need to use the 2 neutrogena brands I mentioned above with the small white sand particles. After a while of using these and showering, not taking baths, because your just scrubbing in dirt from the bath water. If you like to shave in the bath fill up a HOT bath, take a shower, then get in the bath and shave. The best thing to shave with is Barbasol original in the red can. Not Barbasol in the green or yellow cans which have aloe and skin conditioners, because they can be irratating on sensitive skin. And make sure you are buying a new venus razor every week, because an old razor could cause rash and bumps. Also when it comes to shaving your thighs use nothing but water, your skin is more sensitive on your thighs, so lightly shave them with water, your hair on your calves is coarse so you need to use shaving cream. Also if you get acne on your face use the pink grapefruit scrub, even if you don’t have acne, or break out only every once in a while. You need to exfoliate your face at least twice a week. If your just washing your face in the sink, it will not give your pores enough time to open up so do this in the shower. If your acne is really bad go for the green stuff for a week to really kill the acne. Then as your skin gets smoother switch to the grapefruit. The good thing is when using this stuff you don't need much, a little more than a pea size portion is good enough. Second lightly scrub your face for about 15-20 seconds untill its good and foamy. Just like it says on your shampoo bottle rinse and repeat follow these same guidelines when washing your face. You really don't need to do this for shampoo because natural oil is good for your hair, so washing once is effective. But you do need to do this for your face, because most of us have oily faces/T-zones. Do not scrub to hard the first time because you will be scrubbing dirt and oil in. Then wash and condition your hair. ( put your hair into a bun while it's dry) and dont get it wet through out the whole shower. It's much easier to shower when your hair is up and dry. Also don’t wash your face till the end of the shower, because if you wash it first then clean your body the steam from your body can get your pores clogged. So wait until the end so you can steam, and have your pores open. Then shampoo and condition your hair. Then using a small amount of grapefruit or acne stress control, wash your face again, and now you can start scrubbing. Rinse, then rinse your hair again, to make sure all the bubbles are out.
