What should I do about stretch marks?

What's the most effective method for removing stretch marks?

• Please don't say chemical peel or laser surgery. I don't want any of that. I've tried using derma roller and it's working a bit, but it's really what I use to apply on the rolled skin that would provide for best results. So, I'm wondering what herb, vitamin, or any sort of oil to use to apply to the rolled skin for a more effective result? I've had these stretch marks for about 5-7 years, and they're moderately deep and lighter than my skin tone. Mine happens to be genetic result :( and it looks similar to the girl in the link below. Her skin tone is similar to mine, and I also have stretch marks in the areas that she's having. Anyhow, help me out in whatever knowledge you have.
