Why is there bumps on my tongue/throat?

Why Have My Razor Bumps Been On For Soo Long?

  • Hi My Name Is Jenny-Imana Jayo. I Shaved My Legs In December 2010. I Got Razor Bumps. After 2 Days, I Shaved Again. I Was Kinda Crazy. I Shaved On My Razor Bumps. After I Shaved On My Razor Bumps, I Decided To Never EVER Shave Again. I've Always Been Self-Concious About My Hair And Razor Bumps. I Keep Plucking At My Razor Bumps. They've Been Staying On For 2 Months! I Researched About It On A Website, But It Says R.Bumps Only Stay On For 1 Week! Why Are They Never Going Away? And My R.Bumps Are Becoming Smaller And Forming Already 30 TINY Razor Bumps In A Red Circle! What Goin On??? FYI Im 14

  • Answer:

Razor bumps are caused when a hair gets stuck underneath your skin. This can usually be caused by a dull razor. When you shaved over the razor bumps, you probably made them worse. I myself had this problem so I can relate. It really freaked me out. But what I did was I waxed with bikini area strips, those tiny ones, right on top of the bump, because I hate waxing my entire legs. Then I used Nair cream, the stuff that ypu leave on for 10 minutes or so and it gently burns away the hair. After doing both of these, my bumps went down right away because i had gotten the hairs in the bump. Hop this helps :)
