I have acne and eczema, what products should i use?

Can i stress that it all begins with your diet. You have to be strict on yourself if you want it to go away for good! My god. Aloe Vera….. Is crap. It works for the first few seconds then dries up and u have to re apply it. . . . dont have a bath either. Thats the worst thing u can do. Have the shortest shower u can possibly have and at a warm not ho temp. this way u wont dry out ur skin! Go to the chemist and get a thick moisturiser. One that doesn’t have any perfume or alcohol etc in it…… one that’s ph balanced. Apply this where you don’t get piples….. Where you get acne…. Go to the doctor and get medication…. If its not that bad find a product that works for you…. Every one is different so u have to hunt around…… Apply the cream where you get acne. Dont use any soap on your skin .... use body wash..... preferably the same brand as the moisturiser (with no perfume etc....,and go get some head and shoulders shampoo...... its better for the skin I don’t know how severe ur eczema or acne is so that’s what I do……. Mine is mild at the moment if I don’t take care of it its severe. I take care of all aspects of my skin by drinking sh*t loads of water and eating healthy. I eat cheese as my only dairy… and only just the right amount. Eat lots of fish…. Its good for your skin. Also don’t eat any sugar….. like chocolate. Soft drink etc……. and stay away from as many preservatives as you can…… go fresh! And definitely no alcohol (I don’t know if ur old enough for it but yeah….) another tip. Stay away from nuts and citrus fruits….. trust me it will work!!!!!! Try this for 2 weeks and I guarantee u ur skin will clear up. Its very hard to do…….. but once ur used to it its second nature. I go on binges tho but regret it a week later coz I break out again but…… u gotta have a life too lol

Eczema- After taking a short warm shower or bath, lock in the moisture on your skin with a lotion. Eucerin works well. Just put on a TON!! dont be afraid. It also helps alot when you drink alot of water. Acne- Acne has to do with hormones and your diet. You cant stop the hormones, but make sure you have a balanced, low grease diet. And wash your face every morning and night. Some good produts to use on your face are proactiv and clean & clear. And never forget to moisturize your face after washing it!! My favorite moisturizer is called skin balancing from biore. Best of luck!!

use the same line of products. whatever company you use, use the same moisterizer, toner...etc. It will help your face a lot. Also, if the acne is mild or not that deep into your pores, you can put honey on it at night and then you will see it go down about 1-4 days later.
