How can I get rid of body and facial hair?

• I'm male, but I generally wear stuff like makeup when I go out and wether a piece of clothing is for men or women doesn't really play much of a part when I shop for clothes, so I dress rather androgynously, but an issue i have is body hair. I try to wear stuff that covers my arms or legs since i have quite a lot of black body hair and I'm not sure how to go about getting rid of it, as I don't want to have to shave my entire body every other day, but im not sure how else to go about it. another problem is with facial hair. no matter how close i shave i get pretty obvious 5 o clock shadow thats an absolute pain to cover with makeup. i'm thinking of epilating but i need some numbing cream first and im not sure how safe it will be due to how much facial hair i have. i dont want to end up bleeding and have scars all over my face. Also I'm like 16 so i dont think buying a lazer hair removal kit or going to get it removed professionally is an option since my mum probably wouldnt be too keen on paying that much money for the amount of hair i have lol. any other permenant methods to get rid of it easily, or at least something thats temporary but doesnt involve a lot of effort?

  Try using Nair or something of that nature. Unfortunately, the only way to permanently remove hair is to either buy a home laser hair removal system ($400 and under) or get a pro to do it.
