Can you help with tattoo ideas?

So i'm getting a tattoo to represent something,, can someone help me with ideas? more inside?

You should get a heart that is really stretched out and long, to represent how far your heart has come. Wow that was really cheesy. Its just an idea. you should get what ever you want. O. You could get the word "present" in bold letters casting a shadow on the word "past," to show that the present is greater than the past. lol i probably sound crazy.

Maybe a good quote to represent how far you've come? I went through a lot too and used to cut. I like this one: "Thorns and stings And those such things Just make stronger Our angel wings."
