Dragon Tattoo cant decide what color need help..?

hey guys I need your help. i had a japanese dragon outline done with a japanese waves as a background. the tattoo is a sleeve the dragon wrapping my arm. the background was colored black and grey with some light blue color on the edges on the waves it was the artist opinion so that the dragon will be emphasized but I cant still decide what color to color the dragon. I was thinking of a light green and red on the belly. right now im on the third week from healing and everything seems healed im ready to have the dragon colored but I still cant decide what color for the dragon. BTW I have tan skin.

Make it Red....shading red with a fade effect would be nice or if an artist is into gradations the usual combination that he/she uses would look cherry also.

I would go all red. it would be easier to pick with an actual picture of the tattoo but eh. Personally I don't like green much but thats my opinion, I think it looks sorta cheesy
