What tattoo shops will tattoo you if your 16 or 17 with parents consent in orlando fl?

    According to Florida state law, no one under 18 shall be tattooed without the written notarized consent of the parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must be present if the minor is under 16. Legal guardian means the person appointed by the courts to be the minor’s guardian. As long as it's legal, you should be able to go to just about any shop, but some artists have their own restrictions. You should call around. As for the pain, there isn't really much you can do about that. It was a lot less painful than I thought and I've sat for 7 hours at a time, but not everyone can do that.
