Where would be the better place to get my tattoo?

Where is the best place for a skinny 18 year old to get a tattoo so it doesn't stretch when he get's bigger.?

I'm quite skinny at the moment, and I really want a tattoo on the back of my arm, however I want to get bigger when I'm older. Not massive and really muscly, just average really. i'm just worried about my tattoo being all distorted. Where would be the best place to get a tattoo done and/ or do you think a tattoo on the back of my arm would look all stretched out?

I agree with the person that said wait till you reach your ideal weight. When you reach a size that you are satisfied with, then get a tattoo as a way to congratulate yourself.
