How to get on a tattoo magazine?

Im 15 and i wana get a tattoo and ik that i want it for sure but how do i get the 'rents to let me get one?

i want more than one tattoo and ik where i want every single one of 'em. plus, ik it could be a lil painful but idc. and im not doing it just to get attention. i'm doing it just bc i want to. and all the tattoo's imma get will hv a meanin' behind 'em. and they ain't no tramp stamps or those neck tats or any of those dumb ones. the onli prob. is tht the 'rents mostly my father will hv a heart attack if he finds out i'm gona get one. but my momma has one so i get wat the big dealio is.
