No you shouldn't. All you need is white unscented lotion like Luberderm or Curel, aloe very gel could irritate your tattoo. You should also stay away from any thing that has petroleum jelly in it.

Yes also u could get vitamin e gel pills crack them open and rub the gel on helps the healing go faster not to much itching and if you bleed it stops all the bleeding
