Tattoos in philly? at 16?

    i suggest waiting to get your tattoo. its expensive and permanent. just remember yourself as a 90 year old with the same tattoo.

Hi, I'm 23 Now and got a tattoo at 17. I would say to u things that u want when your 16 may not be what I want when your older. If u wat a tattoo wait a little while what's a year or two when it is going to be there for Life. I love my but that's cause of it meaning to me. Just don't get a random thing. And get fake tattoo and try them so see location and size. That's what I did. And second when I got mine I was to scared to speak up to the guy doing my tattoo and he changed it and made it bigger which is the only bit I would do different. X
