How badly do you think this tattoo would hurt?

How much do you think my wrist tattoo will hurt?

  • I already got a tattoo on my back, near my shoulder blade and I found this tattoo almost painless. I am now planning on getting a small tatto (about 2cm square max) in blue ink and a simple outline, no shading, on my inner wrist, to one side of the veins. I do not have skinny wrists but I don't have fat wrists either, they're sort of average. Can anyone give me a rough score of 1-10 of how much it will/should hurt?

7-8 as there are lots of veins and nerve endings, there is also not a lot of fat in this area. but paiin will vary from person to person.

everybody handles pain differently. the less fleshy, and more boney area for tattoos are generally what people say hurt the most.

I only have 1 tattoo and its on my wrist, I didn't think it hurt at all. I'm sure you will be find if you found your other tattoo almost painless.

It really depends on what your pain tolerance is. Since it's just an outline it may not be so bad. I got a tattoo on my wrist a few months ago, and it didn't hurt at all. BUT one of my friends got a tattoo on his wrist and he found it painful.

On a scale 1 to 10 probably a 7 or 8. Since it is basically on a vein plus there is more bones. It basically depends how tough you are.

My wrist was the least painful of all my tattoos, probably a 2/10. My shoulder hurt significantly more, though I wouldn't say it was TOO painful, I'd score that one at a 6 or 7 for comparison.

It actually doesn't hurt very much my friend got one there. And didn't even change her facial expression through out the whole time
