How much would this tattoo cost??? Please help, first tattoo!?

Ok, this picture (more or less) is exactly what i'm looking for :) maybe with a little less detail in the skull, like no cracks (other than the head bursting part) anyways, on my forearm (neck towards wrist) how much would it cost more or less from a tattoo parlor? How much could I get done for about $300 if not all of it? :D That's my budget, 21st birthday and i'd love that on my forearm, i guess i could decrease size and make it cheaper right? but how small -.-" http://tinypic.com/m/drd1sm/1 I also wanted to get Lost on my 4 fingers :) but i don't think that's too costly. Thanks in advance!!

It really depends on the tattoo shop you go to. I would suggest to ask the shop you want to get it from how much it will be.
