How To Put Tattoo On Body Online?

Where should I get this tattoo put on my body?

I am looking for this tattoo to be about a medium size, I am a girl and a little thicker in body type and short. I want this tattoo put in a spot on me that will look correct (like it belongs) I might be adding things to this tattoo like possibly color and other add ons. Some suggestions would be nice. Places I do NOT want it: arms, legs, hands, between shoulders, lower back Places I am thinking of: across ribs (facing up towards middle of chest), across shoulder blade
