What are some good ideas on a tattoo?

  • I want a tattoo,its going to be my first one! So some good ideas would help, I was kinda thinking of putting it on my right lower back, basically on my butt.

dont go with something everyone gets, hearts flowers, anchors, ships swallows, common phrases, be original and think of somthing most important in your life, if you dont have an idea already, maybe wait a bit and see what you come up with, remember it will be on you forever and you dont want to jump to it because your so excited, its what i did. i got my sons name on my foot but only payed 100 for it and was so ready to just get it, i went to a parlor that was not so good. if a price is steep, then roll with it, because you want good ink, not one with fading lettering right after it heals. like i said, if you dont have an idea already, wait and really contemplate different things. just dont get tribal and flowers and swallows and cheesy traditional things. you dont want to look like an idiot. im getting all of my own artwork on me, that is original, or someone elses artwork. look around on deviantart.com for some ideas
