Does anyone know any good tattoo websites to VIEW others tattoos?

There are plenty of sites out there that give you an extensive array of tattoo designs. They are actually a pretty good deal as they give you thousands of designs to choose from and they are in easy to find categories. If you want Celtic tattoos, you can find them in that particular section, or Japanese tattoos, they are there. I love this site as they have good insight into the meaning of various tattoos and give designs as well: http://www.sleevetattoodesignsite.com The membership to the kind of sites I'm talking about will only cost about $30 or so, but there are various packages. It's a great way to start to get inspiration. That's I found my Celtic tattoo that I am in love with.

If you are on facebook, there are 2 groups: "EVERYONE should love a tattooed girl" and "EVERYONE should love a tattooed boy". Each one has around 20,000 real peoples tattoos (girls and boys respectively) that facebook users have uploaded. Check it out if you can, a couple of mine are even on there ;)
