My dad has tattoos so brought up really liking them. but of course I want one that will be perfect to me. so been having ideas of one for years now. I have always thought about getting either a beatles/smiths/strokes tattoo, massive fans of these three! i recently forgot about getting one for a while. and came across randomly this you only live once image that i thought would be a brilliant tattoo. not only is it my fav strokes song but it holds good meaning. http://www.biteofthebest.com/wp-content/uploads/yolo_logo.jpg this is the linked to the image, i WOULD really appreciate feedback/advice from people who have tatoos or bit of knowledge when it comes to them.to look at the image and respond. btw thinking of getting it on my arm. sorry for the essay guys. cheers hope i can get some good advice. also advice on fonts and changing the look of the image as well would be appreciated.

First question would be, do you want the Y O L O above the text or just the text? I'm not a tattoo artist but I have my fair share of them (7) and that would be the first thing I'd like to know. If you decided to go with just the text, you could do any number of things with it, change the font (is this the font used in the album cover? if not and you like it you could try that, and keep with the meaning of the tattoo) You could also so some fading text, which is a black outline of the the letters then instead of filling them in solid black you could have it fade out, or fade into another color. ( I have the second option myself and it looks amazing) Having music notes or having it on a sheet of music is also a nice way to go, means it is a song after all. I think this would make a nice forearm tattoo, but anywhere on your arm would go nicely. But if you decide to keep the Y O L O, you will definitely be looking for a spot that has a lot of room so the bottom text doesn't look too small. Hope this helps and good luck!
