Are forearm tattoos okay in the professional Interior Design world?

I'm an interior design major about to graduate in May. I'm hoping to work at a commercial firm somewhere after I graduate. I already have 2 tattoos, but they are small and easy to cover on my ankle and shoulder. I really want the Red Hot Chili Peppers asterisk (http://www.tshirtinsight.com/cache/www.teesforall.com_images_RHCP_Logo_White_Shirt.jpg minus the words), but instead of it being all black, to be filled with the Californication album cover (http://static.rateyourmusic.com/album_images/84d9b0cc9674c2cf149474e0dbb2cf9f/2035.jpg) in color. It's going to have to be fairly large to get the detail I want and I want for me to be able to see it easily since I never see the one on my back. If you think the forearm would be a bad place for it, where else would you suggest?

No, it is a barrier to employment that you don't need, if there are lots of applicants, they will get rid of you in the first cut. I think that would be cool on the shoulder

I don't see why it would be a problem in that field. Interior decorating has a fair amount of gay people in it already, and if that's accepted, why wouldn't a tattooed person be accepted in the same trade? Tattoos don't handicap you. By the way, the Red Hot Chili Peppers rock.

Don't get it It may seem like a good idea now but in 20 years your tastes will change and you might not like the red hot chili peppers Get something meaningful that you will be happy to have on your body for the rest of your life
