Why does my skin turn purple when I'm cold?

Now im 28 from 13 onwards the marks, scars & digs left over by pimples. Is it possible turn into a good skin?

You can get collagen injected into them to fill them out. I am a big fan of Juevence by Jean d'Aveze for this kind of thing as well. I had a mark where I took my monroe out and it has made it way less noticeable.

only surgery can remove pock type marks, you can try rubbing bio oil on to your skin to lessen the appearence but it won't make it go away completely.
