Can I refund my ebay fees?

  • I bought an mp4 player off ebay and in the description it was stated that it has a built in camera.When i got the item,it had no camera at all.I contacted the seller and he agreed to give me a full refund when i sent the item back to him which is impossible because postal fees in my country is very expensive.Later on,he agreed to offer me a partial refund of a VERY small amount of money to settle this issue.Should i file a paypal case against the seller?

    Since it is the seller mistake, he should issue a refund. I would say submit a PayPal dispute. Explain the issue. PayPal would stand on your side but may force you to send it back for the refund.
