How do you post ads on yahoo?

Why does Yahoo allow scam advertisers such as SmerterLifestyles and other to post ads?

  • Many of the ads that yahoo allows to be posted when you open email, webpages are just scams, is there no character or integrity in yahoo or just give us money? Makes me think that all ads on yahoo are suspect and buyer stay away. I can understand an ad getting posted and then finding out it is a scam but then the right thing is to block them from advertising again. But maybe I am too old school and believe in right and wrong.
