Dreamweaver template question?.?

Hi everyone reading this, so basically i am thinking of buying Adobe Dreamweaver and making a website for my dad's business with it. Basically i know the basics of Dreamweaver because i am taking a class in school about it, but i wouldn't be able Tooo make a good website on my own, like it would totally look like crap and be a total failure. Basically my question is i have looked online for free dreamweaver template. I found this site: http://www.free-css-templates.com/ You can check it out if you want but my question is, let's say i were Tooo download a template from this site and use it in dreamweaver Tooo make a website. Did i do anything illegal?!? And what i mean by that is like is it copyrighted or anything?!? Basically i wanna know if i could use a template, and make a website and publish it Tooo the web. The only thing is could the owner of that template like try adn sue my maybe for copyright or anything else?!? Basically all in all could i get fined in any WAY, SHAPE or, FORM. For downloading and making a website with a template. Also once i download a template does this template become my template to use for making my website?!? Or do i not own it and could i get in any type or trouble for using this template and making a website and publishing it Tooo the web?!? Sooo Tooo sum things up my question is if i were Tooo download a template does anything happen Tooo me if i use it and make a website, like copyright problems, or them claiming it is like there template. What can happen?!? Does it become my right Tooo use if i download it or do i have Tooo have written permission Tooo use it Tooo make a website with it from the owner of the template?!? ALSO I looked a little more on the website and i came across this page: http://www.free-css-templates.com/licens… Could you read that and tell me kinda what it means?!? From my understanding it is free Tooo use and stuff as long as i put a link Tooo there website in my website?!? Or what are they saying about that paragraph on that page... Please just tell me what you think... Is it copyright or something or could they sue me or something if i use a template?!? Please just help me out any give me any info you possibly can... Thanks... They put the website templates on the site for a reason. Reason is that people can DOWNLOAD the template and use it for them selves. you can do that tooo. BTW if you need any help in Dreamweaver (the basics) go to www.website1.netii.net
