Where can i post ads on the computer that are FREE to put up and people will respond to them quickly?

I want to put up ads because i'm in the real estate business right now, or atleast i'm trying, and i really need ads on the computer that people will look at right away and it's easy to get responces. Also if you can give links to where i can make my own website FREE...where people will actually look at that and possibly contact me. reason i keep saying that people will actually contact me, is because the things i've done nobody was contacting me and it was stupid. i really need good places to put ads up on here that are FREE to use and making web pages FREE to use and people will actually look at them.
