So i select paypal......then it says to type in a credit card BUT I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. I have a paypal account withouth a credit card..... CAN I STILL SELL IT!?! PLEASE HELP! :(

  No, they need to back up themselves. When you sell something, both eBay and PayPal need to charge you, that's why they need your credit card to insure they can get the money from you. You sold something doesn't mean that the amount you get paid must be enough to cover the cost; say you sell it for $0.25, but only the Paypal fee is already $0.30. Then, they'll charge your credit card. Good luck!
