You really don't need to be all that persuasive. State your words clearly and emphasize a word or phrase that your audience may be unfamiliar with. You already have a beginning for your introductory paragraph. You should close your introductory paragraph with a sentence that contains "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act", "education", "taxes", and "poverty". Then choose one of those four to begin your next paragraph. Then proceed to the next in it's own paragraph or two, until you have covered all four. During your writing, you'll figure a way to write a "closing paragraph". I hope you get a great grade!!!

You can start with.. "Ladies and Gentlemen, all of the things contained in this entire speech are lies....it is a Government fabrication about a man called Barack Obama, depite the fact that his Legal name is still registered as Barry Soetoro. All of the possitive, good, and kind things I am about to describe in this administration are nothing more than the purest of lies, false information, disimformation, and fabrications." I was good at paragraphs in college...I hope I got you off to a good start. Good Luck with it.

Um, you could start with something along the lines, of "Hate him or love him" and then some about how he got here in the white house (but very briefly).
