What are the chances of voluntary simplicity becoming dominant?

What are the chances of Barack Obama becoming the Democratic candidate after this weeks events?

  • As far as I can understand, Obama has had the best chance of becoming the democratic candidate for a little while now - although the issues with his pastor and his 'bitter' comments slowed him up recently, he just recently increased his amount of delegates and it has put him in a stronger position than before. What are his new chances of becoming President? (P.S: I'm aware that this question may bring with it a huge swarm of Clinton fans that want to argue otherwise - that's fine, but please give reasons why instead of the usual "Clinton's gonna win it" one-line argument.)

  • Answer:

bloody scary ,but inevitable, this country is not ready for his so called changes ,Between both he and Hillary I have decided to make my vote count, I am voting Republican

Seeing as how the super delegates lack a backbone and are afraid of being called a racist, Obama will be installed momentarily. He will have his *** handed to him in November.

as it stands today, Obama will most likely win the nomination - once Hillary is out of the race completely - you will see those polls turn full tide in favor of McCain. 65% of Hillary supporters stated such in exit polls. That number might dwindle some by November, but McCain only needs to hold 20% of that vote to win.

honestly at this point i'm not sure clinton OR obama would take the actual presidency. i'm quite confident obama will take the nomination but after reading several articles about democrats not being overly confident in either candidate, i do wonder if mccain will take it.

I think it's weird and fishy that two states didn't have their votes COUNTED. No matter what the rules and regulations are, I blame the democrats for a terrible system that prevents voters from voting. Terrible

Democratic Candidate: About a 89% certainty. President: Mmmm... I would say around 55%. Just marginally in front... but could go either way.

Big. B/c he's doing far better than Hillary, and everyone knows he's more electable than her against McCain. So should he win the ticket, I'd say there's a 75% chance he'll be the next president. I like McCain plenty, actually, so republicans who don't like Obama should blame Bush and the status quo for smearing the republican party.

Pretty good. All the issues you and others are re hatching over and over, has made American people tired and ready to move on to the real issues that affect Americans. Issues like foreclosures, $400million a day, American Taxpayer money, Bush/Cheney are spending in the Iraq war, job losses , National debt increase from$5 Trillion to $11 Trillion under Bush, and all approved by Mc Cain. Those are the issues that Americans are concerned about.

I think the chances are higher this week than last week that Obama will win the nomination. Be prepared for 4 more yrs of Bushco type policies ( MORE WAR & MORE TAX RELIEF FOR THE RICH) under President McCain !! Soon the Republicans will NOT be saying we blame evrything on Bush, because they will know, we have Obama to blame for their being in control AGAIN !!
