Why am i having Upper back pain and left arm joint pain?,?

Hi there I am 24 year old female and had a baby 4 years ago, for the past 1 1/2 years I have had a really achy feeling in my uper back mainly in the middle between my shoulders but sometimes this pain can hurt, i feel like the top of my back is filled with really heavy fluid, at the same time the joints in my left arm is aching constantly, I dont know what do it is really annoying now, any help would be grateful. thank you

Try a hot and cold patch, or a good masage. If that does nothing, see a ciropractor, and if still nothing, try taking an aleve pill, and i that does work, its probably arthritis. Sorry i can never spell that. But anyway if none of these work try calling your doctor to see what they say
