It feels like there's something stuck in my throat, and it hurts to swallow?

Well, it's been like this a couple days. There's a big like, block of mucus (i think!) stuck in my throat, and I can't get it to come up, after a while of hacking I just started gagging and I stopped. Anddd, I can't swallow anything. It hurts when I do, I can like, feel whatever I swallow go over the lump, hit my throat, and cause pain. I took Advil, but since no food could be eaten, my stomach now hurts :/ It hurts to swallow my own saliva. Nothing will make it go up or down, and I'm getting sick of it. Please help, what'll make it go up or down?! No doctors until Tuesday, either...

Hi this has happened to me to but it'll go away eventually I even went to the doctor but as always didn't do anything to it so try mixing som lemon with honey not syrup and that will probably help you -brebre

Tell your parent(s). Then, I would go to the emergency room IMMEDIATELY! I mean, I don't know about water, but since it hurts to swallow your own saliva (and saliva and water are both liquids), I don't think you'll be able to swallow water either. Just go to the emergency room. Not later, not five more minutes, just go NOW. I would go to the emergency room too if there were no doctors until Tuesday.
