How to heal the pain in my back?

How do i heal a back pain fast?

  • I am fourteen and today i had gym. I never really knew what stretching really did until I really didn't stretch today and it got me. Right in the center of my lower back is a terrible pain that whenever I bend or do something it hurts really bad. I have a basketball game on sunday and i need to know what it is, and how to heal it FAST!!!!!!!!!

    Billy to deal with back pain if its not directly an injury then you need R&R and I mean lots of rest especially at nioght because thats when your body heals it self. You need to use a bed back rest primarily if you want to get rid of it. I used to lift weights and it just did not work, one day my back gave way and because of that I had to take a day off before a big tournament. I'll tell you in 2 days of using the bed back rest when I was up in bed and even in the lounge chair gave my back the rest it needed. Tell your peeps to get one for you.... Unfortunately there isn't always a fast way to heal back pain. First of all, talk to your parents about it. They may have some suggestions for you. Then, try heat treatments - how showers, a heating pad, a hot water bottle. Heat often helps. And rest is also a good idea. You probably need to rest for a couple of days to give your body a chance to recover.
