Why do my knees click sometimes?

My knees click when i bend down, does this happen to anyone else?

  • A lot of the time when i bend down my knees click! Do i have arthritis at a really young age or something?

    no you probably don't have any ailments but you should get a check up regularly and at your next check up bring this up. what happens though is that a large amount of gases build up in your joints and when you bend the joint then the bubble of gas bursts making a popping noise (some people build up gases faster than others.)

knee stiffen out because you rarely bend it, mine is too don't click it every now and then, try bend it with your feet in the air, slowly, non clicking knee will be best. cold air may be the cause too,
