How to avoid cramps when swimming?

How to avoid bad cramps?

  • When I get my period like every month, at least every 3 months, I have intense cramps. My cramps are soo bad that I had to leave school and stay home. The longest they've lasted was about 4 hours. my period isn't irregular, and I'ts normal, eve though I like just started it about 2 years ago. I also get constipated once in a while, right before I get them. I try ibuprophen, but it doesn't last that long. Heating pads are a waste, and stretching makes them worse. I get soo cranky that i haul off at every boy at school, and my friends for no reason. What should I do to help my cramps dissappear faster. And usually after the cramps go away, My period are really heavy. It feels like water flowing out fast. It makes me really uncomfortable.

  • Answer:

Try putting some heat on the area were you get cramps or you can take a bath or try to work out but I really suggest having heat or taking a bath if it it is in like the middle of something important try buying something that hat you can get heat from... Or you can try icy hot this will first have heat on the area and then cold

Unfortunately their is very little that can help you as far as over the counter medications. See a gynecologist and see what options they can offer. For now medicines such as Pamprin or even the Aleve can help a little.

This might not help as much as you want, but think. This won't kill me
