What causes morning headaches?

Headaches 24/7 help!!!!?

• My back ground I'm 22yrs old in good health have 2 kids 14 months & a 2 month old both pregnancies were fine. I drink 1 cup coffee a week no pop and no meds except prenatal vitamins. I had migraines and headaches before kids now I still have them almost everyday now. Migraines go into my jaw and are all over my head I wanna puke sometimes from the pain. Headache are annoying medium pain sometimes dull. I drink enough water what could cause these? Should I go to dr? Can I prevent them? Plz help!!!! P.s I don't notice anything that causes them but normally I wake up with them or get them early early morning or very late afternoon..
