What to do with the rib pain?

What could a pain under right rib cage with fever be?

• Alright so here is the scoop. For about two years now I have had a sever pain under my right rib cage and it is usualy followed by a fever as well. It is definitely worse then it was two years ago and the pain covers a larger area then it did before. Its right under my rib cage on my right side and is very tender and slightly swallon. I went to the E.R about a year ago and had about every test there is done including x-rays and ultra- sound. The only thing they found was two ulcers on my uteris which shouldn't be causing this pain and wrong area. The pain kind of feels like a knife sitting in there. I can't sleep on that side and sometimes it hurts to stand up straight. Does anyone have any idea what this could be or anything similar. It is affecting my work life and sleep. The fever is usually about 100 to 101. However my usual body tempature is only 97.1. Usually I have the fever everytime my side is really hurting. Its been two years and i need help! I dont have health insurance so I cant affford to keep going in for tests when nothing is found. If anyone has anything close to this or know what it may be I would be forever greatful.
