Why do my knees hurt? Flat Feet?
-
I been having knees problem lately. Both my knees hurt inside on the inner side of my legs when I stand up and walk. Also, when I drive it hurts to push to the paddles. My chiropractor tells me that I have Flat Feet and wants to have me wear Orthotics. He says that should solve the problem. Does having flat feet really cause my knees to hurt on the inner sides of legs?

Answer:
It could you have 3 arches on your foot and there job is to absorb the impact of when you walk, run, etc. and when your arches arent there or your feet "flaten" other parts of your lower extremities have to absorb that which could be why your knee hurts
