Why is the right side of my face, mainly cheek and temple and lower jaw is tingling? There is no pain anywhere?

There is no pain anywhere in my body. Nor did I have a sinus problem or anything. It just started tingling out of the blue. What can it be?Should I be worried?

You should go and get it looked at tonight at the emergency. It may be nothing but there are some neurological problems that could cause something like that for instance, a stroke, bells palsy etc. Only a qualified doctor can diagnose.
Sounds like the beginnings of Bell's Palsy or could be a stroke. You need to seek medical help ASAP!
You don't say how long this has been going on. Have you seen a Dr for this ? Yes I would be concerned if it has been this way for over a week.
