Why so my knees hurt so bad?

• My knees always hurt so bad when I run for a long time. For example on my mile the fkrst two laps are usually okag but on the third lap im falling apart. My knees start to click and I have terrible pain in the middle of my knees then my hips at the joints where my legs are attatched i guess those start to ache too and my back is the worst my lower back just hurts terribly it feels like someone is kicking me in the lower back. After my mile i can hardly walk amd it takes me a while to sit down. I had been doing only little bits of running like the group warm up we always do which has lots of excercises (side shuffle, lunges. IT stretches, Karaoka, a skips, b skips, running at 50 percent, backwards run, 75, backwards run, and then 100 backwards run) and always my lap before warm UPS and then for the running I have to go inside for the elliptical and I can't stand the elliptical really. And them I do whatever workout we have scheduled. On Friday and Tuesday I had really hard workouts and all weekend and every day my knees have been KILLING me especially when I go up stairs or anything, also my back and everything is just filled with pain :( I'm only in 9th grade somebody help
