Pain on my nose, but no swelling or redness.?

I keep having headaches around my eye area for the past week, but i get them a-lot anyway, But last night, i noticed a really bad pain like a migraine in my Nose, and it hasn't gone away untill today, i have taken some paracetamol And its still there like a bruise, it hurts to move my top lip because it feels like a stretchy feeling or something lol, im 13 female.. Never experienced anything like this before, but a day or 2 before that i had a really bad pain under my eye on the same side (right) of my Face. Not really sure what this is.. Please help me. thanks P.S i forgot to mention, its around my nostril area, no swelling or redness, just really painful.

It is probably a pimple that is deep under your skin, it should go away in a few days if that's the case
