My wrist feels tight?

In the last few weeks I have had bad pain in my right wrist. The bone feels swollen and throbbing pain.?

• My wrist has been hurting more lately but i don't have money to go to the hospital if its something i can fix at home that would help. It sometimes will throb all the way to my elbow, but that's occasionally. It hurts along the bone by my wrist. What could it be?

  Could be repatative strain injury, do you work all day typing as something as simple as that can cause this. On the other hand, does sound like my arthritis. Either way, try NSAID's (Non Steriod Anti Inflamitory Drug) such as ibrophen - easily bought in shops. It'll help with the swelling and throbbing. I use others for my arthritis for the swelling/throbbing too, but ibrophen should do the job. If this pain continues for a long time, save up and see what the docs say.
