What can be the cause of this? (stomach ache)?

Today I haven't been feeling really well in the morning, I felt pretty much like I was going to throw up but it wasn't so bad too, so that I went to school as always. I felt better there, but now, when I'm back home, I suddenly got so bad stomach ache, like I'm lying on the floor just rubbing it. I don't know what could cause this... HELP! Annie PS I didn't have a stomach ache in the morning at all- I just felt a bit like I was gonna vomit

maybe allergies, does this happen often? probly food poisoning tho. eaten any dodgey meat or chicken in the last 24 hours?

Hi Annie, I've had this problem before as well... You either need to eat something or you need to take a little poo poo because if you haven't went in a while it will cause your stomach to act really starnge and hurt a lot ! so try that or take some laxitives. or Pepto-Bismol as much as it is disgusting ..Too help :P Hope this helped - Cadillac

I would check to see if you have tight back muscles for they can press onto the nerves going to your stomach to cause pains there when they are tight. There may be something at home that is triggering the muscles to tighten up, something stressful that is making you tense up just a bit. Here's how to free up the back muscles to get rid of the pains if they are causing it for you: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
