How to relief arthritis pain?

So my grama has arthritis and i feel horrible because she's always in pain! How can i help her?!?! any home remedies??? or pain relieve creams or pain killer? pls help me i cant take it anymore it hurts to see her like this

if she hasn't tried aleve, try that. tiger balm may also help. you can find it at any pharmacy, but i'll warn you, it has a very strong menthol smell. i pretty much swear by tiger balm, my coach introduced it to me a couple years ago and i used it son my shin splints and have recently used it on my torn meniscus, and it has knocked the edge of the pain off. hope this helps.
