Why do I have this pain in my side?

Why do i hav left side pain and trouble breathing?

• The past few days I had extreme peircing stomach pain then later left throat pain as if my throat were closing on the left when I breathe. Soon the pain was just on the entire left side of my torso including my neck and arm. When I breathe it hurts and now I'm having dizzy spells. I take ibprofen to slightly relieve the pain and tried iron pills for the dizziness but that didn't help at all. Any ideas what it could be? My nurse thinks its a virus, my mom thinks its I slept rong, but I doubt the second one and don't know if I believe tbe first... I'm not sexualy active so what else could it be

  sounds like heart issue, see a dr. the throat closing up is a sign of heart failure believe it or not. i have it, so dont mess around. go to the dr.
