Ouch i got stung!what do i do?

i got stung by a wasp on friday i only put ice on it cause the school nurse told me to (i know school nurse are so weird cause they cant give you any medicin they think ice will save the planet!)so i did when i got home i didnt take anything but later it my hand had a big circle red pump around it and it hurts is that normal is this normal
