Can Flonase help clear up clogged ears?

Please help, my ears are sore, they're clogged, and i'm hearing my pulse.?

• I'm not sure what to do, but it is driving me crazy. My ear got clogged with wax earlier today, and i usually use peroxide in the ear to clean it out. I had none on hand so i used warm water, but it didnt help. so i tried rinsing it in the shower, but im worried that may have done more damage then help. my ear still feels clogged (that permenant feeling of having water in your ear?) and now it is sore, and im hearing my pulse rather loudly. I may be recovering from an ear infection, or a common cold. but i've had flu like symptoms the past few days, and my ears have been bothering me, but not this bad until now. What should i do?
